4. VARIABLE SERVICES & FEES
Not all universities, programmes, or student cases fall under a fully commission-funded or free-service model.
Accordingly:
- Certain services may be chargeable, including services that may otherwise be free in other cases;
- Fees may apply at different stages, including application, visa, post-arrival, or support stages; and
- Fee structures may vary depending on institutional arrangements, commission eligibility, scholarships, discounts, or case complexity.
5. FORMAL TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY
Users are expressly informed and acknowledge that:
- Proceeding beyond initial consultation or engaging Edumize for application or processing services requires acceptance of Edumize’s formal “Terms of Service”;
- Such Terms of Service are separate, comprehensive, and legally binding; and
- Users will be required to review and formally agree to the Terms of Service as part of the application or processing steps.
Failure to agree to the Terms of Service will result in no continuation of services.
6. TERMINATION OF SERVICES DUE TO ABUSE OR MISUSE
Edumize maintains a formal Termination of Services Due to Abuse or Misuse policy, which applies to:
- Website interactions;
- Consultations (including free consultation);
- Communications; and
- Any stage of engagement.
Edumize reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion where abuse, misuse, bad faith, or exploitative conduct is identified.
7. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Communications via this website, email, WhatsApp, or other electronic channels may be recorded and retained in accordance with Edumize’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

These Website Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising herefrom, without prejudice to Edumize’s absolute and unilateral right, at its sole discretion, to initiate any claim or legal proceedings before the courts of any other jurisdiction.
